Delivery

Delivery time is 3-4 days within Sweden. At any delay, you will immediately receive information about this and if we do not within a reasonable time correct the fault, you have as a consumer the right to cancel the purchase. However, you must always contact us and inform us about the cancellation of the order. You are responsible for costs that are compatible with unexploded package or return shipping if the shipment has been handed over to the shipper. For unclaimed parcels we charge the entire order value. It means that goods ordered must be picked up before it can be returned to us. Costs that are consistent with the return you stand for. Shipping

PostNord (safest) will incur a charge of 10kr regardless of the purchase amount. Is the purchase price under 300kr will further 50kr in shipping. With PostNord, you have an insurance policy, which means that we assure that the goods sent to you going forward and that the delivery is traceable.
Outside Sweden there is a shipping fee of 200 SEK.

When the address changes, name changes or other changes to orders that is already sent we charge 275kr for the change.

Sustainable environment

Most of the environmental degradation in e-commerce is packaging and transportation. We are working on sustainable environmental development and therefore our carton is made from recycled materials and the packaging material of recycled cartons. This in order for us to change what we can to contribute to a more sustainable environment. We believe that when the packing material and carton will still be thrown away by the consumer, we will do our best for the environment by using only recycled materials and thus lessening the stress on the environment.

Authorized Resellers

We supply the products only from authorized general agents in Sweden. We offer in other words, no imported goods and you can be sure that you get a fresh product. Please contact us for more details.

You can pay in four ways
1. Credit card payment, pay securely by credit card via SVEA secure card payment. In card payments will be no charges, the sum due the sum You acted for + shipping fee. For card payment, the card is charged directly.

2. Invoice, when paying by invoice, we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. To pay by invoice, you must enter your social security number or company registration. 3. Split the payment through our cooperation with Svea Ekonomi AB, you can subscribe for an account credit agreement and thereby split the payment. 6-month maturity has an arrangement fee of 195 SEK and an administration fee of 29kr.
12 months have an arrangement fee of 295 SEK and an administration fee of 29kr.
Examples of effective interest in the purchase of 10 000, maturity 6 months, 0% interest, arrangement fee 195 SEK 29 SEK administration fee: 10.68%.

4. Swish, Pay your order directly through the Swish app on your phone and your bank ID. Harmoniq charges a fee of SEK 4 per Swishpayment. When paying via Swish, in case you have not selected swish payment on your order, you must always contact us.

Return Policy

You choose if you send your product as an ordinary letter or by registered mail. As a customer, you pay yourself any return freight, and undo-product must always be returned in its original condition and in original packaging with accompanying packaging. Plastic packaging / sealing of including perfume packaging may not be opened during the return. Refund on undo orders occurs with the same payment method as the purchase. Guarantee

All electrical products marketed by HARMONIQ AB sold one-year warranty and three year warranty under the Consumer Sales. All guarantees apply in Sweden.

Product warranty covers only initial errors, i.e. errors that existed in the product on delivery. These manufacturing defects must be held by an approved service center, then you as a customer receive a free repair, or a new product. Complaint
