Delivery time is 3-6 days within Sweden. At any delay, you will immediately receive information about this and if we do not within a reasonable time correct the fault, you have as a consumer the right to cancel the purchase. However, you must always contact us and inform us about the cancellation of the order. You are responsible for costs that are compatible with unexploded package or return shipping if the shipment has been handed over to the shipper.
For unclaimed parcels we charge a fee for shipping, return shipping and handling for the return and will charge the equivalent amount of SEK 300. If the order amount is less than the shipping and handling costs, the entire order amount remains. This means that the ordered item must be collected before it can be returned to us. You are responsible for costs that are compatible with the return. The parcel is for 14 days with the postal agent, on the 15th day the parcel is returned to the sender if the parcel has not been collected.

At the turn of the month October-November 2020, a change of freight forwarder from DHL to DB Schenker was carried out. This means that you as a regular may receive your order to an agent other than you are used to or you who have chosen a partial delivery will receive your delayed goods with DB Schenker instead. Deliveries with Budbee are handled as usual and are not affected by these changes. DB Schenker will be charged a fee of SEK 10 regardless of the purchase price. If the purchase price is under SEK 300, the shipping cost will be SEK 50. With DHL you have an insurance, which means that we assure that the goods sent to you will arrive and that the delivery is traceable. DHL delivery time: 2-4 working days. All deliveries with DB Schenker are climate compensated as part of the goal of reducing CO2 emissions by 70% by year 2030.
Budbee will be charged a fee of SEK 39 regardless of the purchase price. If the purchase price is under SEK 300, the shipping cost will be SEK 69. With DHL you have an insurance, which means that we assure that the goods sent to you will arrive and that the delivery is traceable. With Budbee you get delivery directly to your door, you can easily track the package in Budbee's own app. You can also easily change the suggested delivery time free of charge if it does not fit. If you place your order before 13:00, your order will be sent the same day. Budbee delivery time: 1-2 working days. NOTE! If delivery is not possible with Budbee, the shipment will be sent to the nearest DB Schenker agent instead and the difference in shipping cost will be refunded.
We pack the products with care for nature and therefore we do not use bubble wrap as packing material but reused cardboard chips for minimal stress on nature. You can rest assured that you make a good environmental choice.
Outside Sweden, a shipping fee of SEK 300 is added.
In case of change of address, change of name or other change of order that is sent, a fee of 275 SEK will be added.
Most of the environmental degradation in e-commerce is packaging and transportation. We are working on sustainable environmental development and therefore our carton is made from recycled materials and the packaging material of recycled cartons. This in order for us to change what we can to contribute to a more sustainable environment. We believe that when the packing material and carton will still be thrown away by the consumer, we will do our best for the environment by using only recycled materials and thus lessening the stress on the environment.

You can pay in four ways

Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation of orders already placed. This is when we aim to process incoming orders as soon as possible. If the order cannot be stopped because it has already left us when we handle your case, you can make a return. When replacing an item where a new item is to be sent, an additional charge of SEK 50 will be added. This fee is paid via invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Repayment in case of any difference is made with the same payment method as the purchase. The difference that is to be paid by the customer upon exchange of goods is invoiced unless otherwise agreed.
GuaranteeAll electrical products marketed by HARMONIQ AB sold one-year warranty (ghd products has two-year warranty) and three year warranty under the Consumer Sales. All guarantees apply in Sweden.
Product warranty covers only initial errors, i.e. errors that existed in the product on delivery. These manufacturing defects must be held by an approved service center, then you as a customer receive a free repair, or a new product. Valid for example, user errors or incorrectly set product, we need to be using our service charge you the cost. This also applies in cases where we can not find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage by yourself. The product warranty does not apply to errors that occur during or after self-change of the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or configuration of the product. 3 year warranty applies to all products. For dietary supplements and health foods terms of 3 year warranty or expiration date (whichever comes first).
Your order confirmation or receipt is valid as warranty. Keep the document well as the document is required if you need to claim warranty rights.
Businesses get when buying only the warranty rights granted by the supplier, where the warranty period may vary from different suppliers. Companies have not any right to claim in addition to their guaranteed right from the provider.
Complaints are reported as soon as the error should have been detected, 2 months is considered a reasonable time.
In case of shipping damage to the product, pictures of the damage and packaging are emailed to us at customer firstname.lastname@example.org in connection with the shipment being collected. Please note that a visible freight damage must be reported to us within 4 working days in order for us to proceed with the matter. Save the packaging for any additional documentation as this may be requested from us. The complaint may be denied by us if complete packaging documentation is missing or the notification is received by us after the complaint period.
Accepted complaints are primarily replaced by a new or similar product. Refunds on approved complaints are made using the same payment method as the purchase. The sum will be refunded within 14 days of being notified of the advertised product, however, never before the item has been returned or the customer has been able to prove that the item has been returned. Return of goods and repayment are made without undue delay.
All electrical products marketed by HARMONIQ AB are sold with a one-year warranty and three years of right to claim under the Consumer Purchase Act. All guarantees apply in Sweden. 3 years warranty applies to all products. For the health supplements, a 3-year warranty or last day of consumption applies (whichever comes first).
